Do you love the stage and enjoy helping kids shine? Are you ready to lead warm-ups, sing along to camp songs, and cheer on little performers as they take their first big steps into the spotlight?
Then join our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program — where leadership meets glitter, giggles, jazz hands, and glue sticks!
This magical opportunity is for 13–14-year-olds who want to train as junior counselors, help guide our beginner theatre campers (ages 5–10), and gain real-world experience — all while singing, dancing, acting, and crafting their way through summer!
Commitment:
CITs we have a minimum of 2 weeks but are flexible during the summer session.
All participants will take part in a fun and relaxed interview and training before camp begins
Interviews include a few questions, playful interaction with campers, and a quick chat with Bidalia, our Theatre Camp Director!
Why be a CIT?
Because theatre is all about ensemble — and as a CIT, you get to be part of a team that brings joy, confidence, and creativity to our youngest campers. You'll grow your leadership skills while making camp magical for others.
Paid opportunities intern during the year
So if you’ve got a love for musical theatre and a heart for working with kids, it’s your time to step into the wings, warm up those vocals, and lead with gusto!
